Senior Care Assistant: Dementia & End-of-Life Support
St Monica Trust in Sidmouth is seeking a Care Assistant to deliver daily holistic care, including personal support, mobility aid, nutrition and comfort for residents. You will help with dementia care, end-of-life support and infection control, while maintaining records and contributing to handovers and team meetings.
The role requires Level 2 in Care or equivalent, GCSEs in maths and English, IT literacy, and good communication and teamwork for high‑quality care in a busy setting.
