The Donkey Sanctuary at Trow Farm, Sidmouth, East Devon, seeks a Farm Supervisor to lead the team, deputise for the Farm Manager, and ensure high standards of donkey care. You will manage staff, assist with recruitment, arrange 7-day operational cover, and maintain records and safety on site.
Ideal candidates will have supervisory and animal husbandry experience, strong observation skills, and a commitment to ongoing training, with the ability to work under pressure in a busy farm environment.
