The Donkey Sanctuary is seeking a proactive Major Gifts Manager to lead the development and delivery of its Major Gifts programme. You will work closely with the Head of Major Gifts to deepen high-value relationships, secure new gifts and grow a sustainable income pipeline across the organisation.
You will drive donor stewardship and events, monitor performance, and deliver against annual targets within a donor-centred fundraising strategy.
