However, there is a genuine desire to reach out to families and children while also engaging with our existing members - transforming this young church into a vibrant, all-age community that shines as a beacon of light and hope in this corner of the West Country.
Church Leader – Lighthouse Church
Lighthouse church is seeking an enthusiastic Spirit-filled Christian or couple to join our leadership team and serve in this strategic, pivotal ministry position. Ideally, in time, the successful applicant would take on the role of senior leader with the responsibility, together with the team, of leading Lighthouse into growth.
Salary: £38,000 FTE. This is initially a 2-year contract, with the expectation that this will continue beyond this point.
