Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 5 Registered Nurse for Sidmouth Community Hospital. You will deliver safe, compassionate, and person-centred care to medical, rehabilitation and recovery patients, while coordinating and evaluating care plans with the multidisciplinary team.
You will monitor patients, administer medicines safely, and contribute to falls prevention, infection control, safeguarding and discharge planning.
