We're now looking for an enthusiastic, people-focused Independent Living Scheme Manager to join our Housing Management team. This is far more than a traditional housing role you'll be at the heart of the community, building relationships, supporting residents, promoting wellbeing and creating a positive living environment where people feel safe, connected and supported.

Delivering a high-quality housing management service Supporting residents to maintain independence and wellbeing Building strong relationships with residents, contractors and partner agencies Identifying support needs and helping residents access the right services Encouraging resident engagement and community involvement What you'll bring:

Experience with in housing, supported living, wellbeing, care or another customer-focused environment A genuine passion for supporting older people and local communities Strong communication and relationship-building skills A proactive and solution-focused approach Knowledge of housing management, safeguarding or health & safety is beneficial DBS For this post the successful candidate will need to apply for or be in possession of a Basic Disclosure Barring Service certificate (DBS) to enable them to work within the team.
