Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you will operate all store equipment, prepare products to standard specifications, maintain a clean facility, and deliver excellent customer service over the phone and in person. This position supports our mission to bring the best pizza service while providing a supportive and growth-focused workplace.

• Operate all equipment and prepare food to standard specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment.
• Work to a schedule and maintain punctuality.
• Deliver great customer service over the phone and in person.
• Proficiency with basic math, data entry, and technology.
• Use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders and record information.

Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather, in-store temperatures ranging from 36° to 90°+, sudden temperature changes, food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters including a walk-in cooler, hot surfaces/tools up to 500°, and sharp edges or mechanical parts.

Great communication, decision making, quality control, and ability to work alone or with others while managing stress.

• Talking and hearing on telephone.
• Near vision for most in-store tasks.
• Depth perception.
• Differentiation between hot and cold surfaces.
• Standing, walking short distances, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Standing position for most tasks.

• Must be older than 18.
• Must be available to work between 3 pm and 11 pm.
• Must be available to work Saturday/Sunday or every other weekend.
