Practice Overview

• You'll join a well-established clinic located within the hospital for seamless patient coordination
• Outpatient-focused with light hospital rounding call; no inpatient management
• Daily patient volume of 12-15 to allow for meaningful patient interactions
• Robust support team and collaborative clinical culture

Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM schedule with half-day Fridays
• No nights or weekend clinic; rounding call shared on a low-burden basis
• Protected administrative time and collegial environment
• Flexible for new graduates building their panel

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary with additional incentives
• $1,600/month housing stipend for the first year

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Open to new graduates or experienced physicians
• Must be eligible for Montana licensure
• Comfortable practicing in a rural, full-spectrum outpatient setting
