Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days Licensure Requirements: DEA/CSR required

Hours:

7 am - 3 pmCall

Hours:

3 pm - 7 am Scheduled Call:
Call every 3rd night; every 3rd weekend

Supervision:
All CRNA practice

Type of cases required:
Ortho, GI, OB/GYN, Cataracts, General;
Peds (1 yr and up). Must be proficient with Spinals, Blocks, and Epidurals Number of ORs: 3
