• Perform comprehensive patient history intake and clinical assessments
• Coordinate patient referrals and follow-up care within the oncology clinic
• Assist with medication refills, patient communication, and clinical documentation
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and coordinate care across the cancer care continuum
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary cancer care team to deliver high-quality patient-centered care

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Montana or compact state)
• Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in an outpatient or oncology clinic
• Oncology nursing experience required (oncology RN jobs preferred)
• Experience with Epic EMR required
• Strong communication and patient education skills
