CRNA – $300K Base Comp Working 26 Weeks Plus $60K in Bonuses

CCI Anesthesia invites experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to join a 1099 independent contractor practice in Sidney, MT. This role offers a competitive base salary of $300,000 plus $60,000 in performance bonuses and a flexible 26‑week on‑call schedule (2 weeks on / 2 weeks off) that allows you to enjoy the outdoor lifestyle and scenic beauty of the Yellowstone River and Fort Peck Lake.

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – National Board certification required.
• Education required:
  
  NB CRNA Hospital Sidney Health Center (or equivalent).
• Skills:
  
  Proficiency in spinal, epidural, and general anesthesia; experience with block techniques; ability to manage complex cases independently.
• Experience:
  
  Prior independent contractor practice or hospital CRNA with proven track record of high quality patient care.
• Eligibility:
  Commitment to 1099 contractor status and ability to work independently in diverse settings ranging from urban to rural areas.
