Long Term Care CNA,

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) needed for a full-time, permanent role in Montana. The position focuses on providing compassionate care to elderly residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility. Candidates will support resident independence and quality of life.

• Provide compassionate, hands‑on care to residents
• Assist residents with activities of daily living
• Monitor and document vital signs
• Assist with mobility, transfers, ambulation
• Work closely with RN, LPN, and other professionals
• Observe and report changes in resident conditions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Follow infection prevention protocols
• Provide emotional support and companionship
• Promote resident dignity and independence

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Active Montana CNA certification in good standing or eligibility to obtain certification
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred or required
• Previous experience in long‑term care, skilled nursing, nursing homes, assisted living, or rehabilitation settings preferred
• Strong knowledge of resident care practices, infection prevention, and patient safety
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams
• Compassionate attitude and commitment to high‑quality patient‑centered care

You hold an active Montana CNA certification. You can provide compassionate daily care and mobility assistance. You possess BLS certification and strong teamwork communication skills
