• Manage relationships and strategies for key customer accounts.
• Identify and communicate customer account pressures, plans, and problems.
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party advisors to develop tailored solutions.
• Conduct regular account review meetings and keep relevant customer account information updated in the CRM system.
• Stay current on agronomic and business goals, competitive activity, and financing options to provide valuable solutions that save time, reduce risk, and increase profits.
• Provide excellent customer service to dealership personnel and customers to ensure all needs are met and support sales objectives.
• Influence trade cycles through effective account management.

• 10+ years of agricultural industry experience
• Extensive knowledge of John Deere and competitive equipment, and technology trends/advancements
• Excellent customer service/relationship skills with current and future decision-makers
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance/accounting, or a discipline related to agriculture or equivalent work experience
• Business, financial, and logistical management knowledge
• Knowledge of relevant agronomic practices and trends
• Proficiency with software applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions
• Ability to work flexible hours
