Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA, EA, or Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you.

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products.
• Provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers to customers in everyday language.
• Use Intuit’s state-of-the-art video communication software for customer interactions and document interactions accurately.

• Minimum of 2 years paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation and committed to enhancing the Intuit brand by delighting customers.
• Excellent customer service skills; excited to interact with customers via video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Base pay ranges by location (example: Bay Area California $28.80 - $36.50 per hour). This position is eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits. Pay is based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
