We are searching for qualified customer service reps with personality and people skills. We're growing so fast it's hard to keep up, and that means Domino's has lots of ways for you to grow (if that's what you want), perhaps to management, perhaps beyond.
Job Requirements- Must be 16 years of age or older (and at least 18 years old for additional duties).
- Clear, upbeat speaking voice and strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to make correct monetary change.
- Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide quickly.
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid, accurate movements.
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Job Duties for All Store Team Members
- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
- Prepare product.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Orientation and training provided on the job.
Communication SkillsAbility to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders both over the phone and in person on our touch screen computer system. Applicants must have a clear and upbeat speaking voice when communicating with customers on the phone.

- Leading a team; during your shift you will manage a staff of anywhere from 3 to 30 people. Use your attitude and motivational skills to get them in the right place, at the right time, and doing the right thing.
- A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check. Safety is a priority for us; need to have a reliable insured vehicle and valid driver's license.
- Model the role; be on time, have a great attitude towards customers and coworkers, and dress with high standards.
- Open 7 days a week; flexible schedule, willing to work when the team needs you most.
