** As a Manufacturing Engineer, You Will:
*** Understand assembly processes and manufacturing practices.
* Utilize automation and lean manufacturing principles to reduce cycle time and waste elimination
* Conceptualizes, develops, and initiates fixturing and tooling process improvements
* Manages projects from concept and design through capital appropriation requests to qualification within project schedule and budget.
* Support Automation which includes Tube bending and tube cutting processes
* Support and improve on many manual processes with the possibility of automating!
* Individual will utilize automation and lean manufacturing principles to reduce cycle time and waste elimination
* Individual must be proficient in both verbal and computer skills to effectively communicate to all plant personnel, Engineering, Product Planning, and external suppliers
* Develops documentation for use by operators and maintenance technicians to perform their duties and assist them in troubleshooting
* Self-initiates corrective actions for quality concerns based on effective problem-solving skills and develop temporary and permanent solutions to manufacturing issues
* Comply with all required safety and regulatory requirements
* Individual will utilize AutoCAD, Inventor and/or 3D Software for electrical / mechanical design and repair
* Proficient in both verbal and computer skills to effectively communicate to plant personnel, Engineering, Project Planning and external suppliers
** Required Education, Skills and Experiences:
*** Bachelor Degree in Engineering. (Co-Op Experience will be in consideration).
** Preferred Education Skills and Experiences:
*** 5 - 7 years of relevant experience
* Basic programming experience
