** es reconocida a nivel internacional por su capacidad de diseño y construcción de obras singulares en obra civil y edificación y principalmente en grandes infraestructuras de transporte. En su track-record histórico se incluyen hasta la fecha obras que acumulan más de 490 km de túneles, 19.200 km de carretera (incluyendo 4.000 km de autopistas) o 4.700 km de líneas de ferrocarril (incluyendo 700 km de ferrocarril de Alta Velocidad) y 27.350 km de mantenimiento y reparación de carreteras.#

** Descripción del rol:
**** MISSION
* * The HV Project Manager will play a pivotal role in the successful implementation of Ferrovial's EPC Energy business plan in Australia. This role is crucial for navigating the growth plans in the Australian market, particularly in charge of the first project in Australia. The position aims to enhance local market knowledge and support the future stages of EPC contract development in Australia.

** FUNCTIONS*
* * Project Management:
Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle from tender to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
* Construction Leadership:
Lead and manage large construction teams, driving the execution of project delivery strategies to ensure successful completion.

* Collaboration:

Work closely with engineering, procurement, and logistics teams to facilita te seamless project execution and address any challenges that arise.
* Stakeholder Engagement:
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and coordination across all project phases.
* Compliance:
Ensure all project activities comply with local regulations and Ferrovial's standards for safety and quality.
* Reporting:
Provide regular updates to Managing Direction of T&D division, on project progress, risks, and opportunities.
** REQUIREMENTS*
*
* Education:

A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

* Certifications:

Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) and safety (e.g., OSHA) are highly desirable.

* Experience:

Proven track record in managing large-scale high voltage construction projects, particularly in the energy sector.
* Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of EPC contracts and the Australian market, with a focus on Transmission and Renewable Generation.
* Leadership

Skills:

Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate diverse teams to achieve project goals.
* Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* Problem-Solving:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of addressing complex project challenges.
* Flexibility:
Willingness to travel and adapt to the dynamic needs of the project and the business.
