Lead Financial Performance. Help Shape What Comes Next. Join LeROI, an Ingersoll Rand Center of Excellence for gas compression technology, manufacturing compressors and packaged solutions for the Oil & Gas and Biogas industries. We're seeking an experienced Plant Controller to lead all aspects of plant finance at our Sidney facility during a significant period of growth. With revenue expected to more than double, new product lines planned, and a proposed facility expansion, you'll help guide growth while strengthening the existing operation.

In this highly visible, hands‑on role, you'll develop the finance team and partner directly with plant leadership, Operations, and Materials to strengthen financial discipline and improve manufacturing performance. You'll go beyond reporting results to understand what drives them-and turn those insights into action. Strong accounting and manufacturing finance expertise, attention to detail, and sound business judgment will help you identify risks, challenge assumptions, and uphold GAAP, internal controls, and reporting standards.
