As a per diem Occupational Therapist you will play a vital role in helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life by developing personalized rehabilitation plans for those with mental, developmental, or physical challenges. You will collaborate with patients, families, and care teams to deliver safe and effective patient centered care tailored to each individual's needs.
LocationWilson Health
ScheduleThis per diem, nonexempt position can work up to 19 hours/week, with coverage as needed for PTO or additional staffing, minimum 4 hours/month.
Department HoursMonday-Friday 7:00am-6:30pm. Saturday and Sunday on-call as needed. The Rehab Department utilizes Meditech and Maestro software systems.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree from an accredited College or School of Occupational Therapy
- Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist in good standing (or eligibility)
- Masters' degree
- 1+ years of work experience

The hourly pay for this role will range from $34.23 to $61.15 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
