* * What we will provide you as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver:*** **$18.00- $19.00/Hour**(depending on experience, longevity and behavior)* **$3 weekend add-on rate**(applies to certain shifts and conditions)

**** As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver you will:
*** Provide direct care to people with intellectual/developmental disabilities
* Help with daily activities including personal care, housekeeping, and meal preparation
* Work closely with a team of people including co-workers, client's family members, and medical professionals to help our clients to live as independent as possible
* Transport clients as needed to appointments and other activities (mileage reimbursement)## Qualifications
** Requirements:
*** High school diploma or GED preferred.
* Must be at least 18 years of age
* Must be able to communicate in English, including both spoken and written
* A personal vehicle that is well maintained if transporting clients
* Must successfully complete a criminal background check
*
* Preferred Experience:

*** One year working with people with intellectual/developmental disabilities is preferred
* Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver / Home Health Aide / Home Health Care / Personal Care experience is a plus
*
* Licenses/Certifications:

*** CPR/First Aid - Provided if you are not currently certified
* Medication Administration - Provided if you are not currently certified
* Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 5 points on your driving record if transporting clients
* DODD Provider Training
* Proof of personal auto insurance
