This position works in the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering department, providing global manufacturing prototype hardware by utilizing various types of CNC machinery. The position will also support continuous improvements of our laboratory manufacturing processes. This individual will work in a highly motivated team environment to transform engineering designs into products that provide manufacturing solutions to our customers.
** AS A CNC MACHINING TECHNICIAN, YOU WILL:
**** REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, &

SKILLS:

*** High School Diploma with a minimum of three (3) years CNC machining experience (mill and lathe), or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Ability to read and understand technical drawings and diagrams
* Good communication skills
* Physical ability to move, lift, and/or push up to 50 lbs.
* Physical ability to walk/stand on concrete for the duration of the work shift
* Ability to safely use a wide variety of measuring tools and various tools associated with CNC machining
* Technical problem-solving skills
* Hands-on experience with PC applications and the use of Microsoft Office programs
* Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this role.
** PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, &

SKILLS:

*** Two (2) year technical degree in Manufacturing Technologies or Engineering plus one (1) year of experience in a high-precision CNC machining environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience
* CAD/CAM experience
* Knowledgeable in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

** This role has the flexibility of a core hour schedule. You can choose your start and stop times given you are working during the core hours of 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
