Pay range: $23.00/hr - $23.00/hr

Job description:

FIRST SHIFT - FULL TIME SUPERVISOR

Brief description:

• Supervise and coordinate NKP Logistics associates with duties including data entry, customer contact, picking, packing, packaging, loading, unloading, inspection, storing and shipment of incoming and outgoing products.
• Become a process expert with ability to train associates.
• Variety of duties; must work necessary overtime and attend outside classes to upgrade supervisory skills and capabilities.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum qualifications:

• Associate Degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong supervisory background.
• People oriented with ability to supervise and coordinate the work of others.
• Strong data entry, personal computer and clerical skills.
• Good communicator, dependable, maintain accurate filing system.
• Paperwork oriented; attention to fine details; inventory control experience.
• Flexible and good problem solving skills.
• Work overtime; willing to assist General Associates in completing all work requirements.
• Excellent quality skills.
• MS Excel experience.
• Assembly, manufacturing experience.
