- Hazardous waste removal from the facility
- Sorting, cutting, baling, and other processing of non‑hazardous material to prepare for recycling operations
- Separate processed materials into appropriate bins for recycling
- Lift 50 pounds, sustain frequent bending, and stand for extended periods of time
- Work in an open warehouse environment with minimal noise, occasional fragrances, and manageable temperatures
- Maintain accurate record keeping
- Team player with excellent organizational skills for completing forms, records, and reports
- Forklift experience is a plus but not required
- Familiarity with hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Attention to detail required for inspecting products and maintaining detailed records
- Must be forklift certified
- Must be able to work full time, including extended shifts of up to 12 hours
- Must hear and distinguish emergency signals and instructions while on duty
- Must work in a warehouse environment and exhibit physical stamina and dexterity (lift or move at least 50 lbs and stand for extended periods)
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be safety‑conscious and have a strong work ethic
- Ensure equipment and company property is maintained in proper condition
- Must pass pre‑employment, random, or post‑accident/substance‑abuse screening
- Use of safety gear, including safety glasses, cut‑resistant gloves/sleeves, retractable box cutters, and all necessary PPE, is required
