** Job Overview*
* Join Cargill as a Packaging Operator and help keep our production running safely and efficiently. In this hands-on role, you'll operate and monitor production equipment, perform basic maintenance, and support material flow while following food safety and regulatory standards. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with equipment, learning new processes, and being part of a team that delivers quality products every day.

** What You will Do*
* + Operate and monitor production equipment with limited process variables to meet quality and throughput goals.

+ Set up control systems, make basic process adjustments, replenish materials such as labels, caps, and supplies, and perform line changeovers as needed.

+ Perform minor maintenance and troubleshoot basic equipment issues using hand and power tools.

+ Operate powered mobile equipment such as forklifts or loaders to support material flow.

+ Follow all food safety and safety procedures while maintaining a clean, compliant work environment.

+ Willing to work overtime, weekends, holidays, or variable shifts with advance notice.

+ Other duties as assigned

** What You Will Need*
* + Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

+ Must be 18 years or older.

+ Ability to understand and communicate in English, verbal and written.

+ Basic computer skills.

+ Able to work indoors and outdoors, including at heights of 4 feet or more, and capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing, bending, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation and while using appropriate PPE.

** What Will Put You Ahead*
* + High school diploma or GED equivalent.

+ Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment.

+ Experience operating mobile equipment such as a forklift.
