About the RoleUnder the leadership of the Store Manager/Leader and Customer Service Manager, the Support Lead assists with the direction of Front End Lead(s) and associates while serving as the Manager on Duty. Responsibilities include cash management, store cleanliness, safety, and driving sales while “wow” the customer.

- Ensure associates and managers are wowing customers through personal contact.
- Achieve CSAT score goals provided by the District Manager.
- Lead front‑end operations.
- Train staff on the High Fives of Customer Service.
- Ensure fast, friendly checkout for each guest.
- Maintain store cleanliness and readiness at all times.
- Open and close store procedures.
- Assist with front‑end operations and supervise all associates.
- Coach, train, and develop associates.
- Review corporate communications and react accordingly.
- Partner with supervisors or corporate office regarding store issues.
- Drive store sales and control expenses.
- Assist payroll process and maintain payroll within budget.
- Assist in merchandising procedures.
- Adhere to SOPs and hold associates accountable.
- Handle cash procedures, including preparing and dropping bank deposits.
- Authorize register functions such as post‑voids, returns, and discounts.
- Comply with HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in receiving and stocking procedures, unloading merchandise, checking shipments, staging, packing, and front‑end queue merchandising.
- Drive key metrics: sales, ADS, CSAT Scores, and expense control.
- Perform store maintenance: garbage, sweeping, bathrooms, stockroom.
Physical Requirements
- Frequently operate cash register.
- Frequently move merchandise up to 25 lbs, up to 5‑10 ft high.
- Frequently ascend/descend ladders.
- Frequently kneel, bend, twist, and stoop.
- Frequently communicate with customers and coworkers, including telephone and face‑to‑face.
- Frequently move across the sales floor and to/from stockroom.
- Identify and follow electronic and printed instructions.
- Remain upright and stationary 80% of the time.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- College experience preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of management experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi‑task.
- Creative thinking.
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
