Construction Sales

About the Position

The Construction Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients to generate new business opportunities in the commercial and industrial construction markets. This position requires a blend of relationship-building, technical understanding, and project insight.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
• Collaborate with the estimating and project management teams to develop accurate proposals and project scopes.
• Represent Bruns Building & Development in client meetings, networking events, and community activities.
• Provide input on market trends and client needs to help shape business strategy.
• Manage sales activities, including lead generation, prospecting, and follow-up.

• Previous experience in construction sales, business development, or a related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of commercial and industrial construction processes is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites as needed.
