Industrial Maintenance Technician

Location: Sidney, Ohio
Pay: $30.00/hour

• Perform preventative maintenance procedures and related maintenance duties on a wide range of machinery, equipment, and facility infrastructure.
• Conduct industrial maintenance activities including lubricating, repairing, rebuilding, troubleshooting, and cleaning production machines.
• Assist with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and hydraulic maintenance tasks.
• Perform maintenance and repair work on lift trucks and other material‑handling equipment.
• Utilize the CMMS to create, update, and close work orders accurately.
• Support and develop downtime reduction initiatives to improve equipment reliability.
• Complete the required quarterly EBI Lites and participate in ongoing continuous improvement programs.
• Work independently with limited direction while effectively prioritizing tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Familiarity with complex machinery, electrical circuits, and industrial operating equipment.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Hands‑on experience performing preventative maintenance on a wide variety of equipment and facility systems.
• Industrial maintenance experience including lubrication, repair, rebuilding, troubleshooting, and machine cleaning.
• Experience assisting with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and hydraulic system maintenance.
• Skilled in maintenance and repair of lift trucks and material‑handling machinery.
• Proficiency with CMMS systems for work order creation and completion.
• Experience developing or supporting downtime reduction strategies.
• Completion of EBI Lites or similar maintenance documentation requirements.
• Strong commitment to safety, organization, and continuous improvement.
