• Participate in all functions of distribution and receiving in the warehouse
• Receive products coming into the warehouse
• Verify quantity and description of products
• Assemble and fill orders to be shipped
• Stock incoming orders
• Maintain accurate physical inventories
• Ensure all distribution and receiving are timely and orderly
• Follow proper receiving procedures
• Comply with all AVI policies and procedures, including security
• Communicate any issues of concern to management (e.g., cleanliness, safety, security)

• Previous large food warehouse experience preferred
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to work in temperature extremes and humidity
• Ability to maintain a fast pace and multi‑task
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
