• Engag es with hotel guests at desk locations and provides elevated customer service.
• Document s the distribution of premiums (gifts) in computer software systems.
• Distributes gifts to guests upon completion of the sales presentation.
• Serve s as a technical expert for team members.
• Conduct s quality assurance checks when needed.
• Promote s awareness of brand image internally and externally.
• Creates, logs, and expedites premiums (gifts) for site marketing programs.

• Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs.
• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contribute to team goals.
• Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

• Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• S ales experience preferred.
• Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements. Pursuant to Florida law, a Level 2 background check will be required.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
