VHS is looking for a qualified Physician - Urology.

Description: Canyon Vista is looking for an experienced locum to help with 2 days in clinic and 3 days performing surgery. No call coverage. Ideal candidate is a strong proceduralist with an active Arizona license and clean history. Clinic has a high functioning very experienced APP to support the provider. Schedule 8-5 with an unpaid hour lunch M-F in clinic Physicians are required to provide supporting notes listed on their timesheet entries to verify Call Back hours (patient contact hours) and Overtime hours submitted and associated with the acceptable occurrences mentioned above.

Physicians must document in the timesheet the specific reason for the call back and they should have a description such that the note can be validated if an audit report was generated in an electronic health record. Overtime hours must be pre-approved by a manager or designee. Overtime is considered hours over 40 hours.
1099 Pay Rate: Competitive Market Rates (W-2 Pay Packages available upon request)
