We're hiring full-time W-2 Para educator to support K–12 students in the school setting for the 2026–2027 school year

• Caseload
  : 1:1 or small group student support (Elementary School)
• Schedule
  :
  Monday – Friday
• Hours
  : 30–40 hours/week
• Dates
  :
  August 2026 – May 2027
• Location
  :
  Onsite in Sierra Vista, AZ schools

• Assist students with daily living activities, mobility, feeding, and hygiene needs
• Support students in the classroom and during school activities
• Follow care plans and behavior support strategies as directed by staff or medical teams
• Document services and share observations with the support team
• Promote student safety, independence, and dignity
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and nurses to meet student needs

• Experience working with children or students with special needs (preferred)
• Ability to follow medical, behavioral, and personal care protocols
• Dependable, patient, and compassionate, with strong communication and collaboration skills
• Must pass background check and any school‑specific onboarding requirements
