LCSW or Psychologist-Integrative Health

A Community Health Center in Sierra Vista, AZ is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Psychologist to provide mental health consultation and behavioral interventions in a primary care setting. In this role, the Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Psychologist will provide evidence-based, solution-focused behavioral interventions, including individual, couples, and family therapy, as well as group facilitation.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, diagnosing patients using DSM-IV/ICD-9, and developing treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs. The provider will collaborate closely with medical staff to integrate behavioral health into primary care, ensuring seamless coordination of patient care. Additionally, they will offer clinical consultation, crisis intervention, and education to both patients and staff while maintaining accurate documentation and participating in regular team meetings.
