SOS International, LLC (SOSi) is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator (Data Services) in Fort Huachuca, AZ. The ideal candidate will have experience in Virtualization and Storage Administration.

• Operate and maintain Storage and VMware virtualized environments on various hardware platforms.
• Troubleshoot complex issues using GUI, command line, and Windows Power Shell.
• Collaborate with remote customers and vendors to resolve hardware and software issues.
• Use diagnostic tools to identify and resolve technical problems.
• Track and resolve issues using Remedy ITSM and recommend corrective actions.
• Create documentation for resolving virtualization problems.
• Plan and document procedures for Data Services infrastructure maintenance.
• Provide on-call support after hours and during weekends as needed.
• Work overtime, holidays, and weekends when required.
• Review system development and project requests, coordinate schedules.
• Guide project managers and evaluate team performance.
• Prepare reports on system analysis and programming activities.
• Participate in special projects as needed.

• Active SECRET clearance or ability to obtain Interim SECRET clearance.
• HS +6 years, AA/AS +4 years, or BA/BS +2 years of related experience.
• IAT II certification (e.g., CCNA-Security, CySA+, Security+ CE, etc.).
• EMC Storage Administrator, Symantec Certified Specialist, VMware CA, or other certifications within 180 days.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, cross-organizational environment.

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of enterprise backup and recovery software.
• Experience with SAN hardware and software, including Data Domain, Net Backup, EMC Unity, and EMC VNX.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage projects and communicate effectively with customers.

• May require non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends.
