Client Experience Manager – Sierra Vista, AZ

Right at Home of Southern Arizona & Southern Nevada is hiring a Client Experience Manager to lead this important area in our Sierra Vista office.

Pay range: $55,000.00 / yr – $65,000.00 / yr. Full benefits including 401(k), profit sharing, 4 weeks paid time‑off, paid holidays, and a company car for business purposes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage, and maintain accountability for client relationships.
  • Ensure extraordinary experiences and delivery of care to clients.
  • Onboard new clients.
  • Increase service hours for assigned clients.
  • Assess client needs and develop custom care plans; visit regularly to ensure success.
  • Ensure proper client and caregiver matching and scheduling.
  • Coordinate client care with other providers and community partners.
  • Hire, onboard, train, supervise, and support a team of professional caregivers.
Performance Metrics
  • No unstaffed client visits.
  • Less than 1% of total hours in unbilled overtime.
  • Increase service hours for existing clients to grow company revenue.
  • Maintain a ratio of 1.5 caregivers to 1 client.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Willing to work 45–50 hours per week and consistently hit weekly numbers.
  • Experience working with aging adults and leading a team of professional caregivers.
