Overview

We are hiring experienced, compassionate Registered Nurses to deliver direct patient care across ER, ICU, OR, PACU, Med-Surg, Acute Care, and Cath Lab settings. $65,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

• Provide safe, evidence-based direct patient care: assessments, interventions, medication administration, and monitoring in assigned specialty units (ER, ICU, OR, PACU, Med-Surg, Acute Care, Cath Lab).
• Perform rapid clinical assessments, prioritize treatment, and escalate changes in condition to physicians and multidisciplinary team members.
• Document care accurately and promptly in the electronic health record; complete handoffs and unit-based checklists to maintain continuity of care.
• Implement and follow unit protocols, infection control standards, and AACN/AORN/AHA best practices to support quality and patient safety goals.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to develop and execute individualized care plans and discharge planning.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives, unit education, precepting, and skills validation as assigned.

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) and active Arizona RN license required.
• Minimum 1-2 years of recent specialty experience in one of the listed units (ER, ICU, OR, PACU, Med-Surg, Acute Care, or Cath Lab).
• Current BLS required; ACLS or specialty-related certification where applicable.
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Sierra Vista, AZ; U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card) required.

• 2+ years recent specialty experience to qualify for sign-on bonus; BSN or specialty certification (CCRN, CNOR, CEN) desirable.
• Strong EHR experience, acute-care clinical skills, and demonstrated teamwork/communication in high-acuity settings.
