We’re Growing Our Nephrology Advanced Practice Provider Team!

Join our dynamic and growing nephrology practice, where NPs, PA’s and physicians work closely together to deliver comprehensive kidney care in clinic, dialysis, and hospital settings, focusing on continuity of care, patient education, and chronic disease management.

Our physicians are expanding services across multiple locations:

  • Tucson
  • Phoenix

We offer:

  • Comprehensive training program and continuing education reimbursement.

  • Competitive compensation $107,000 - $140,000/year based on experience and credentials, plus potential productivity bonus.

Your essential duties and responsibilities as a Nurse Practitioner:

  • Collaborate with AKDHC physicians to provide chronic kidney disease care across multiple settings (dialysis, office, rehab, SNF, hospital, or on call), including diagnostic evaluations and treatment planning.
  • Support care transitions, including annual wellness visits and post-hospital discharge planning.
  • Prescribe or recommend appropriate therapies while maintaining professional and respectful communication with patients and colleagues.
