• Full-scope midwifery care: Provide clinic and hospital-based care with on-site physician back-up.
• Schedule: Monday-Friday clinic hours (8 AM-5 PM); no clinic on call days.
• Call rotation: 10 days per month, shared with other CNMs; excess call compensated.
• Procedures: 1st assist for C-sections preferred - paid training available if needed.
• Delivery volumes: 700-800 deliveries annually; 60-80 per month.
• Team: Join 3 physicians, 3 CNMs, and a WHNP with dedicated office support staff.
• Facilities: Level I Nursery with 24/7 NNP coverage, 7 Labor & Delivery Rooms, 14 Post-Partum Rooms, 8 observation beds.
• Technology: Clinic EMR:
  Athena;
  Hospital EMR:
  Cerner.
