Job Duties:

• Deliver comprehensive primary care
• Manage acute and chronic conditions

Compensation & Benefits:

• Uncapped fee-for-service (FFS) earning model
• Estimated annual compensation:
  • $109,936 to $131,926 (full-time)
  • $26,139 to $31,367 (part-time)

Candidate Requirements:

• Nurse Practitioner (FNP, CNP, AGNP, APRN) or Physician Assistant
• Active or new Arizona license
• DEA license preferred but not required
