Job Title: Primary Care Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant
Location: Sierra Vista, Arizona
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Setting: Outpatient Family Medicine / Primary Care Clinic

Compensation & Benefits- Annual Salary: $100,000 – $140,000, commensurate with experience

Core Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients across all age groups
- Conduct physical exams, obtain medical histories, and perform diagnostic evaluations
- Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and more
- Design individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and clinical guidelines
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, management, and wellness
- Collaborate with physicians, care coordinators, and clinical support staff
- Document patient encounters accurately and promptly in the electronic health record (EHR)
- Maintain current knowledge of clinical guidelines and best practices
- Participate in continuing education and meet all licensure and certification requirements
- Active and unrestricted Arizona license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Valid DEA license without restrictions
- Eligible for credentialing with managed care and commercial insurance plans
