Job Title: Primary Care Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

Location: Sierra Vista, Arizona

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Setting: Outpatient Family Medicine / Primary Care Clinic

• Annual Salary: $100,000 – $140,000, commensurate with experience
• Bonus: Performance-based incentive plan

We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a strong commitment to patient care. • Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients across all age groups
• Conduct physical exams, obtain medical histories, and perform diagnostic evaluations
• Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and more
• Design individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and clinical guidelines
• Educate patients and families on disease prevention, management, and wellness
• Collaborate with physicians, care coordinators, and clinical support staff
• Document patient encounters accurately and promptly in the electronic health record (EHR)
• Maintain current knowledge of clinical guidelines and best practices
• Participate in continuing education and meet all licensure and certification requirements

• Active and unrestricted Arizona license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Valid DEA license without restrictions
• Eligible for credentialing with managed care and commercial insurance plans
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
