American Traveler is hiring an Emergency Dept RN for a 13-week night shift assignment requiring ACLS, BLS, TNCC, and PALS certifications along with 2+ years of ER experience.

• 22-bed Emergency Department treating all patient populations including adult, geriatric, and pediatric cases
• Patient types include traumas, STEMIs, psych, cardiac, GI, and stroke cases
• Patient ratios of 4:1 for pod patients, 2:1 for critical patients, and 6:1 for fast track
• Uses Cerner EHR system
• Shift schedule is 3:00 PM to 3:00 AM
• Every other weekend required, equating to 4 weekend shifts in 4 weeks
• No call requirements
• No floating requirements

• Active AZ or compact RN license required
• Current certifications required: ACLS, BLS, TNCC, and PALS
• 2+ years of ER experience preferred
• Trauma and pediatric experience preferred
• Active Nursys licensure verification required at time of consideration
• Date of birth and Social Security number required for consideration

• Deliver emergency nursing care across a wide range of acute and critical conditions
• Work in a team-oriented environment alongside a hardworking, resilient staff
• Scrubs of any color or print are acceptable; t-shirts, open-toe shoes, hoodies, and leggings are not permitted
• Candidates must reside 60 miles or greater from the facility to qualify for travel rate consideration
• Candidates who worked permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
• Candidates cannot be employed elsewhere on a full-time basis
