Project Manager
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget, tailored to restaurant build-out requirements. Lead cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and quality execution. Monitor project costs, approve invoices, and manage change orders to keep projects within budget. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations. Conduct regular site visits to ensure progress aligns with plans and address any issues proactively.
Oversee permitting processes and ensure compliance with local building codes, health regulations, and ADA standards. Manage project closeout procedures including punch lists, final inspections, and turnover documentation.

- Project management experience in commercial construction, particularly in restaurant or retail build-outs.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and restaurant-specific requirements.
- Leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- OSHA 30 certification.
Skills & Qualifications
- Project Management certification is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to job sites as needed.

Work EnvironmentYou will be working on construction sites both indoors and outdoors, which will require travel to various job locations as needed.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Signal Hill, California.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $ - $/hr.
