Staff RN; -Patient

College Hospital is seeking a Per Diem Registered Nurse at our Signal Hill Out-Patient Program. This position is responsible for providing direct medical and programmatic nursing care, utilizing the nursing process and participating in patient and family teaching and discharge planning. Needs to work cooperatively with patient care personnel to maintain standards of professional nursing practice in the clinical setting.

• Administers treatment to patients according to physician order and local, state, and federal regulations.
• Records all patient information accurately on chart according to company and local regulations.
• Communicates effectively with physicians, nurses, patients, family members, and coworkers.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

• Current CA RN license.
• Current CPR certification (BLS) required.
• Previous Psychiatric experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment with joint attention to detail and quality assurance.

Pay:
From $42.00 per hour
