- Monday - Friday: 6:00 am to 3:00 pm
The Role
Five Star Breaktime Solutions is a premier provider of away-from-home convenience services, committed to delivering innovative breaktime solutions that enhance customer experiences. We are seeking a Food Line Production Worker to support our Culinary Center by preparing fresh sandwiches, salads, desserts, and other items in a fast-paced, climate‑controlled food production environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring food quality, consistency, and presentation—all while helping deliver meals that fuel workplaces across the region.
Key Responsibilities- Produce, assemble, and package food items such as sandwiches, breakfast platters, salads, desserts, and more.
- Place fresh ingredients on conveyor lines following established recipes, portion controls, and quality standards.
- Properly label and package all containers according to production guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation at all times.
- Support team members to meet production goals and maintain workflow.
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and food‑handling procedures.
- Work efficiently in a climate‑controlled environment (cooler and prep areas).
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support overall culinary production operations.
- Ability to lift 35 pounds or more repeatedly; frequent reaching, bending, and stooping required.
- Ability to work in a climate‑controlled environment (coolers).
- Must pass a pre‑employment background check.
- Must pass a drug screening.
- Ability to follow workplace safety, sanitation, and food‑handling guidelines.
