We are looking for a high-performance Digital Marketing Manager who can take complete ownership of our digital growth. This is an on-site leadership role for someone who understands branding, performance marketing, automation, and conversion strategy.

What You Will Own

• End-to-end Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution

• Complete Social Media Management (Linked In, Instagram, You Tube, Facebook, etc.)

• Brand positioning for DTC Capital & DTC ALGO

• Performance marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Linked In Ads)

• Lead generation funnels & conversion optimization

• Content strategy, campaign planning & storytelling

• Website growth, landing page optimization & SEO

• Analytics, ROI tracking & performance reporting

• Building authority in the fintech & trading niche

You will not just “handle social media” — you will drive measurable business growth.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 1–5 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing / Growth Marketing

• Strong expertise in Performance Marketing & Paid Campaign Optimization

• Hands-on experience with analytics tools & marketing dashboards

• Understanding of fintech, stock market, or trading industry (strong advantage)

• Strategic thinker with execution capability

• Data-driven mindset with creative storytelling ability

• Comfortable managing complete digital operations independently (On-Site role)
