Client Service Representative

The successful Client Service Representative will have the ability to interview clients regarding resource needs such as energy assistance, nutritional needs, employment, education, housing and/or other emergency short and long term needs.
This role requires excellent listening and customer service skills. The CSR will be responsible for recording interview information into an electronic record keeping system, handling complaints concerning services, along with a variety of other duties.
QualificationsApplicant must be well versed in computers with knowledge in Excel and Word, must have an AA degree in Social Services or related field, with 4 to 5 years experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience and must have a driver’s license valid in Missouri, transportation and insurance.
