**** JOB SUMMARY
** The Physician provides direct clinical treatment services to patients, ensuring that patients receive the treatment necessary to treat their medical complaint. The Physician works constructively and collaboratively with other health professionals and focuses on attaining high standards of healthcare within their specialty.
Duties may include patient care, instructing, monitoring, and advising other health care professionals, as appropriate.
** JOB DETAILS AND REQUIREMENTS

* Education:
* Doctorate (MD or DO) required.
* Must have successfully completed an accredited residency program.
Certification and Licensures:
* Board Certification or Board Eligibility within Family Medicine, required. Medical license in the State of MO.
* Basic Life Support (BLS)
* Must also maintain a Controlled Substance license for the State of Missouri and Federal DEA.
* Must maintain active medical privileges and medical memberships.
** Responsibilities
* ** Join a multi-specialty, outpatient clinic equipped with onsite Pharmacy, Imaging and Lab.
* 1 Family Medicine & 1 Internal Medicine Provider
* 5 Advanced Practice Providers
* 4 Pediatricians
* 1 Clinical Psychologist, 5 LCSW's, 4 PMHNP's
* Clinic: M-F 8:00am – 5:00pm, 4.5 work week, 0.5 admin time.
* Subspecialty presence with clinic:
Cardiology, Medical Oncology, Neurology, Neurosurgery, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, Podiatry, and Vascular Surgery
* Average 17-21 patient visits per day
* EMR:
Epic
