Farm Credit Southeast Missouri, Central Office in Sikeston, MO, is seeking a full-time Information Technology Analyst.

Responsibilities: Under the direction of the SVP Chief Information Officer, the Information Technology Analyst will provide technical support to staff on supported applications, PC hardware, mobile devices, and communication issues. Troubleshoot and resolve technology issues. Carry out directed maintenance and configuration on IT systems, servers, and network infrastructure. Protect the confidentiality, security, and integrity of the Association’s systems and data and clients’ data.

Requirements: Associates degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Two years of Information Technology or related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Working knowledge in Windows operating systems, computer hardware and peripherals. Skills working with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Office applications. A good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products, and a strong technical aptitude with troubleshooting.

Certification, additional technical training in a qualified program or customer support role experience is beneficial. Must have expert customer service skills, ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
