This position provides enrollment, outreach, education, recruitment, and marketing for the Medicaid Expansion Insurance program. Online training for Medicaid Certified Application Counselors (CAC) is required upon employment.

Pemiscot, Dunklin, New Madrid, Mississippi, Scott, Butler.

$40,000 – Full‑time 40 hours per week. (Some Flexible Hours).

Self‑motivated, enjoys community outreach and working with families, and is comfortable networking and building community relationships. Participates in partnerships with other agencies and activities in service region. Experience with HIPAA compliance is preferred but not required. A minimum of 2‑3 years of Community Outreach preferred.

Associate or some college experience is preferred but is not required. A High School Diploma or Equivalent is required. Work experience may be considered in place of education. Meeting facilitation and interpersonal and public speaking skills are preferred. Organization, time management, and Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) skills preferred.

Traveling in the service region, reliable transportation with insurance, and a valid driver’s license as a condition of employment. Company vehicles are available to support transportation.
