Our client, a respected ag retailer in Southeast Missouri
, is seeking a driven Agronomy Sales Consultant to serve growers across the Bootheel
. This is a true sales role
—not a position where you’ll be tied to the facility every day. You’ll be in the field, working directly with growers, selling seed, crop protection, and related inputs
, and helping customers make profitable, informed decisions.

- Manage a portion of existing business that will be transitioned to you
- Identify new opportunities for growth and expand market share
- Collaborate with leadership to support local sales strategies and customer service goals
- Represent the company with a high level of professionalism and integrity
- Proven experience selling directly to farmers (seed, crop protection, or agronomy inputs)
- Local connections and relationships in the ag community are a big plus
- A self‑starter who enjoys independence and being out in the country calling on growers
- Desire to be part of a smaller, close‑knit organization where you can influence outcomes
- Strong communication and follow‑through
