Responsibilities- Achieve Sales Targets: Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and closing deals with prospective clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.
- Leadership and Initiative: Take ownership of your sales territory, propose new ideas for improvement, and lead by example in promoting a positive sales culture.
- Self-Motivation and Drive: Set and achieve personal and team goals, manage your time effectively, and stay motivated in a fast-paced environment.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.

- Already licensed in Health & Life general lines (or willing and able to obtain Health & Life producer license - licensing reimbursement offered)
- Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of professional (post-high school) work experience. Candidates within 6 months or less of degree completion will be considered, as will candidates with less than 4 years of professional work experience who have relevant or specialized outside sales experience.
- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
- A competitive weekly draw pay with commission and bonuses from the start.
- Access to quarterly and annual incentives such as trips, cash bonuses, and stock options.
- Short sales cycle, typically less than 3 business days.
- CRM and training. Licensing reimbursement (state fees)
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
